The Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management (MNLM) degree is intended for professionals who work in or desire to work in the nonprofit sector. This online program will explore research, theory and the practice of leadership and management in the nonprofit sector.

Graduates with a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management degree gain leadership skills and knowledge in topics such as the management of human resources (both paid and volunteer), fundraising, program evaluation, fiscal management and governance in nonprofit organizations. Graduates of this online program gain enhanced recognition and credentials similar to students who have graduate degrees in administration or management.

Graduates of this program can enter into careers in a number of specialties within nonprofit organizations such as nonprofit organization management, fundraising, program development, volunteer management and advocacy.

The Master of Global Management (MGM) online degree program educates global business leaders through a combination of general management coursework, regional studies, cross-cultural insight, and foreign language components. It is designed to develop your ability to lead and manage people across borders and across all levels of an organization.

The program’s innovative philosophy guides you through a strategic progression of every facet of international management, with experiential learning opportunities and practical nuances of global business. You will learn through collaboration with fellow classmates and experienced global faculty.

The flexible MGM program allows you to complete your degree on your schedule. While 100% of coursework is offered online asynchronously, you can also choose to attend week-long on-site learning experiences either on an experiential practicum abroad to experience global business first-hand or during a "fast start" on Thunderbird’s historic campus.

As a Master of Global Management graduate, you will gain a deep understanding of the intricacies of international business and be prepared to conduct business as an ethical global citizen. You also will join more than 43,000 graduates that make up Thunderbird’s world-famous alumni network.

The Master of Social Work (MSW) online program will elevate your social work career by providing skills to find practical solutions to pressing issues within your community. The program’s concentration in Advanced Generalist studies focuses on effective and culturally competent service practices and strategies coupled with research evidence.

The online delivery of the MSW program provides a vibrant learning platform for engaging with our faculty who are experts in child welfare, health and behavioral health, community practice, administration, global social work, policy advocacy and innovative services for individuals, families, groups and communities. We also have expertise in gerontology, forensic social work, human trafficking, Borderlands issues, and several other areas. Our expertise and attention to cultural diversity and the distinct populations of the Southwest are unique.
